Digital Academic Ecosystem: Reorientasi Manajemen Pendidikan Tinggi dalam Lanskap Global Kontemporer

Artikel ini mengkaji reorientasi manajemen pendidikan tinggi dalam membangun digital academic ecosystem (ekosistem akademik digital) yang adaptif terhadap lanskap global kontemporer. Pandemi COVID-19, percepatan revolusi industri 4.0, dan kemunculan kecerdasan buatan generatif telah memaksa perguruan tinggi di seluruh dunia melakukan transformasi digital yang sebelumnya diperkirakan memakan dekade menjadi proses yang berlangsung dalam hitungan bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka sistematis dan analisis wacana kebijakan pendidikan tinggi global. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa reorientasi manajemen pendidikan tinggi harus dilakukan pada empat dimensi yang saling berkaitan, yaitu reorientasi paradigmatik dari institusi pendidikan tradisional menuju ekosistem akademik digital, reorientasi struktural dari hierarki birokratis menuju jaringan kolaboratif lintas pemangku kepentingan, reorientasi pedagogis dari transmisi pengetahuan menuju koproduksi pengetahuan berbasis data, dan reorientasi kultural dari budaya akademik tertutup menuju budaya akademik terbuka yang berorientasi pada dampak sosial. Model digital academic ecosystem yang diusulkan terdiri atas lima komponen sinergis, yaitu infrastruktur digital sebagai fondasi, tata kelola data sebagai sistem saraf, kompetensi digital sivitas akademika sebagai aktor, kemitraan ekosistem sebagai jaringan, dan budaya inovasi sebagai iklim akademik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi digital di pendidikan tinggi bukanlah proyek teknologis semata melainkan transformasi kultural dan paradigmatik yang memerlukan kepemimpinan visioner, koherensi kebijakan, dan komitmen seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk membangun ekosistem akademik yang berkelanjutan dan berkeadilan.
