Neo-Educational Governance: Rekonstruksi Tata Kelola Lembaga Pendidikan berbasis Kecerdasan Adaptif Global

Artikel ini mengkaji neo-educational governance sebagai upaya rekonstruksi tata kelola lembaga pendidikan berbasis kecerdasan adaptif global di era disrupsi teknologi dan turbulensi kompleks. Lembaga pendidikan saat ini menghadapi kondisi VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) yang dipicu oleh revolusi industri keempat, kecerdasan buatan generatif, pasca-pandemi COVID-19, dan ketidakpastian geopolitik-ekonomi global. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka dan analisis wacana kebijakan-manajerial. Kerangka teoretis dibangun secara tiga lapis: teori masyarakat jaringan dan revolusi industri keempat (Castells, Drucker, Schwab, Floridi) sebagai grand theory, teori adaptive governance dan AI governance di pendidikan tinggi (Enaifoghe, Wang & Xie, Eissa, Şen et al., Khairullah et al., Sianipar & Angelia, Alqurni, Yang & Peters) sebagai middle theory, serta teori kepemimpinan transformasional dan pembelajaran organisasi (Henkel & Ade, Gurr et al., Bergsteedt & du Plessis, Murgatroyd, Senge, Mintzberg, Morgan) sebagai applied theory. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa neo-educational governance memerlukan lima pilar: (1) kepemimpinan adaptif berbasis strategic foresight dan sensemaking; (2) integrasi AI governance yang bertanggung jawab dengan etika humanis; (3) tata kelola co-governance berbasis pemangku kepentingan; (4) ekosistem kemitraan triple helix dan open innovation; dan (5) keberlanjutan institusional melalui transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa masa depan tata kelola pendidikan terletak pada pengembangan kecerdasan adaptif global yang mampu menavigasi kompleksitas, mengintegrasikan teknologi cerdas dengan kearifan manusiawi, dan membangun resiliensi institusional yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi praktis adalah perlunya pemimpin pendidikan mengembangkan kapasitas adaptive leadership, kapabilitas digital, dan budaya inovasi yang terdistribusi.
