Post Modern Educational Management: Dekonstruksi Sistem Pendidikan Konvensional menuju Institusi Adaptif

Sistem pendidikan konvensional yang bersifat hirarkis, birokratis, dan terstandarisasi menghadapi krisis relevansi di era postmodern yang ditandai oleh pluralitas, fluiditas, dan ketidakpastian. Artikel ini menganalisis dekonstruksi sistem pendidikan konvensional menuju institusi adaptif melalui perspektif post modern educational management dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dan kerangka analisis lima dimensi, yakni ontologis, epistemologis, aksiologis, metodologis-strategis, dan teleologis-transformatif. Melalui proses empat fase transformasi, yaitu dekonstruksi konvensional, rekonstruksi epistemologi manajerial, adaptasi institusional, dan resiliensi adaptif, penelitian ini memetakan trajektori perubahan dari paradigma modernis menuju paradigma postmodern dalam manajemen pendidikan. Studi kasus terhadap SMA Cendekia Harapan Tangerang, SMK Telkom Malang, dan SD Islam Al-Izzah Batu mengungkap model adaptasi yang beragam namun saling melengkapi. Analisis kritis mengidentifikasi empat risiko utama, meliputi relativisme manajerial, disintegrasi institusional, resistensi birokratis, dan anomie organisasional, yang mengancam keberlangsungan transformasi tersebut. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dekonstruksi menuju institusi adaptif memerlukan sinergi antara kepemimpinan adaptif yang berakar pada prinsip pembelajaran berkelanjutan dan desain organisasi yang fleksibel, di mana postmodern bukan direspons sebagai ancaman melainkan sebagai peluang pembaruan institusional yang mempertahankan keseimbangan antara stabilitas dan perubahan
