About the Journal

QAYID: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the advancement of research and scholarly discourse in the field of Islamic education. The journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, educators, and policymakers to disseminate original research, conceptual studies, and empirical findings that contribute to the development of Islamic educational theory and practice.

QAYID aims to promote critical, integrative, and evidence-based scholarship that bridges classical Islamic educational traditions with contemporary pedagogical innovations. Publication Frequency

QAYID: Jurnal Pendidikan Islam is published twice a year (June and December).


Peer Review Process

QAYID implements a double-blind peer review system to ensure objectivity and academic quality. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to Islamic education studies. The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on reviewers’ recommendations and the revised manuscript.


Open Access Policy

QAYID provides immediate open access to its content to support the global dissemination of research in Islamic education and to encourage scholarly exchange among researchers and practitioners.


Plagiarism Screening

All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. Submissions exceeding the acceptable similarity threshold will be rejected or returned for revision.


Publication Ethics

QAYID adheres to international standards of publication ethics. Authors, reviewers, and editors are required to uphold academic integrity, confidentiality, transparency, and the avoidance of conflicts of interest. Any form of academic misconduct will result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.
