Abstract

Pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan besar di tengah arus globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi digital yang menuntut adanya strategi kepemimpinan yang adaptif sekaligus berakar pada nilai-nilai tauhid. Penelitian ini berupaya merumuskan strategi kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep agama Islam secara komprehensif. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus jamak, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada sepuluh lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi kunci dalam membangun visi, memberi inspirasi, menumbuhkan stimulasi intelektual, memberikan perhatian individual, dan menghadirkan keteladanan yang berdampak pada penguatan budaya sekolah Islami. Penerapan kurikulum integratif berbasis tauhid terbukti menyatukan ilmu agama dan umum secara holistik serta menumbuhkan kesadaran spiritual siswa. Strategi pembelajaran kontekstual yang disertai pemberdayaan guru mampu memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dalam proses internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam secara nyata dan kolaboratif
