Manajemen Kelas Inklusif dalam Mengakomodasi Keragaman Karakteristik Peserta Didik

Keragaman karakteristik peserta didik dalam satu kelas menuntut guru menerapkan manajemen kelas yang inklusif agar setiap peserta didik memperoleh kesempatan belajar yang setara. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen kelas inklusif dalam mengakomodasi keragaman karakteristik peserta didik, strategi guru dalam mengelola kelas, serta upaya menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang inklusif dan responsif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keragaman peserta didik meliputi perbedaan kemampuan akademik, karakter, minat, gaya belajar, motivasi, dan latar belakang sosial. Guru mengakomodasi keragaman tersebut melalui variasi metode pembelajaran, pengelompokan peserta didik secara fleksibel, pendampingan individual, pengaturan ruang kelas, komunikasi positif, dan pembelajaran kolaboratif. Manajemen kelas inklusif perlu dikembangkan secara fleksibel dan adaptif serta didukung kompetensi guru, lingkungan belajar yang positif, dan dukungan sekolah agar seluruh peserta didik dapat berpartisipasi dan berkembang secara optimal
