Upaya Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Akhlak Terpuji Siswa Kelas 10 MA Sirojul Falah

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran fundamental dalam membentuk akhlak terpuji siswa melalui pendekatan keteladanan dan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan karakter siswa kelas 10 di MA Sirojul Falah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan guru dalam perilaku sehari-hari, seperti kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian sosial, menjadi faktor utama dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa. Guru juga menerapkan metode aktif seperti cooperative learning, diskusi, role playing, dan hafalan ayat Al-Qur’an untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dalam pembelajaran. Meskipun menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan pengaruh negatif media digital, guru mampu merancang strategi adaptif melalui kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan penguatan peran siswa sebagai agen perubahan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembinaan akhlak berbasis nilai Islam yang terstruktur mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pembentukan karakter secara holistik.
