Screaning Plagiarism

The Editorial Team of QAZI : Journal of Islamic Studies acknowledges that plagiarism is unacceptable and therefore establishes the following policy stating specific actions (punishments) if plagiarism is found in articles submitted for publication in QAZI : Journal of Islamic Studies.

Definition:
Plagiarism is an act intentionally or unintentionally to obtain or attempt to obtain praise or value for a scientific work, by citing part or all of the scientific work of another party and/or work that is recognized as a scientific work, without citing the source properly and correctly. enough.

For that, then:

Articles must be original, have never been published, and are not in the process of awaiting publication elsewhere. Material taken verbally from other sources needs to be clearly identified so that it is different from the original text.

If plagiarism is identified, the Editor-in-Chief is responsible for reviewing the article and will approve the action according to the level of plagiarism detected, with the following guidelines:

Plagiarism Value
1. Plagiarizing several short sentences from another article without citing the source. Action: The author is given a warning and a request to change the text and citations properly.
2. Plagiarizing most of another article without proper citation and not citing the source. Action: The submitted article is rejected for publication in QAZI : Journal of Islamic Studies and the author may be sanctioned because it is not allowed to be published in QAZI : Journal of Islamic Studies

All author articles are responsible for the content of the articles they submit because they all add the QAZI : Journal of Islamic Studies Exploration Originality Letter. If the article is classified as plagiarism, then all authors will be subject to the same action.

If the author is proven to have submitted a manuscript to QAZI : Journal of Islamic Studies by sending it simultaneously to another journal, and this overlap is found during the reviewer process or after publication, then the action is taken according to point 2 above.

If plagiarism is found outside the rules above, the QAZI : Journal of Islamic Studies editorial team has the right to impose sanctions according to the editorial team's policy.
