Fenomena Scroll Tanpa Henti Pengaruh Tiktok dalam Pola Hidup Remaja

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan terhadap pola hidup remaja, terutama dalam cara mereka memperoleh hiburan, informasi, dan berinteraksi sosial. TikTok menjadi salah satu media sosial yang banyak digunakan remaja karena menyajikan video pendek yang cepat, menarik, dan terus direkomendasikan melalui sistem algoritma. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji fenomena scroll tanpa henti pada TikTok serta pengaruhnya terhadap pola hidup remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, yaitu dengan menelaah sembilan belas artikel jurnal ilmiah dan sumber akademik yang relevan, terutama yang terbit dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena scroll tanpa henti dipengaruhi oleh sistem rekomendasi TikTok, format video pendek, kebutuhan hiburan, fear of missing out, serta rendahnya kontrol diri dalam penggunaan media digital. Penggunaan TikTok secara berlebihan dapat berdampak pada pengelolaan waktu, konsentrasi belajar, pola tidur, interaksi sosial, dan kondisi psikologis remaja. Meskipun demikian, TikTok juga dapat memberikan manfaat positif apabila digunakan secara bijak, seperti memperoleh informasi edukatif, mengembangkan kreativitas, dan menjadi ruang ekspresi diri. Oleh karena itu, remaja perlu memiliki literasi digital, kontrol diri, dan kebiasaan bermedia yang seimbang agar penggunaan TikTok tidak hanya menjadi hiburan, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat bagi perkembangan diri.
